"Scott Bullock (co- owner, Penumbra Studios) and another artist did a large mural at the East Bank Club that received a lot of acclaim.  The mural deals with the Seurat painting at the Art Institute and incorporates Chicago scenes. Scott is one of the more talented, well-known people in town that can do this type of work.  He is also very professional and a wonderful person to work with."
